The Building

Distinctive towers...

205 Queen Street comprises two distinctive towers; Tower One rising 17 storeys and Tower Two rising 22 storeys.

These iconic towers rise from a spacious light-enriched plaza of marble floors and sweeping stairways, mezzanines, gardens, a waterfall, artworks, espresso bar and retail stores.

The plaza is freely accessible through wide entranceways onto all four thoroughfares bordering the complex.

Design features...

The ground floor lobby, with Mojo operated espresso bar provides a vibrant meeting place.  Service cores in each tower are positioned against the inwardly-opposing curved walls, thus protecting and maximizing the views outwards – the twin towers provide spectacular views of the city, the harbour and the environs that stretch beyond.

Tower One orientated to the north-east of the site presents sweeping vistas from the upper levels which capture the sunrise, the Waitemata Harbour and its entrance, the Hauraki Gulf and the excitement of downtown Auckland.

Tower Two faces south-west with vistas of spectacular sunsets over the upper Waitemata, the Waitakere Ranges beyond the city, and to the cultural heart of Auckland including the Aotea Centre and the historic Town Hall building.
